1. Retreat Admission

By registering for The Empowered Escape, you agree to pay the full registration fee associated with your chosen room type. Your payment secures your spot and access to the retreat experience, including workshops, meals, accommodations, airport transfers, and included amenities.

2. What’s Included
Your registration includes:
• 3 nights of lodging (single or shared, depending on selection)
• All scheduled workshops, activities, and materials
• All meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and limited wine/spirit offerings
• Round-trip transportation to/from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)
• Welcome gift
• 1-Year Membership to the Women’s Business Collective ($300 value)

Airfare is not included.

3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made by August 28, 2025 will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between August 29 – September 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
• After September 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued. However, you may receive credit toward a future Led to Lead event.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

4. Room Assignments
• Room types are first come, first serve.
• We will do our best to accommodate your preference for upstairs or downstairs rooms.
• If you select a shared room, you will be placed with other women business owners unless otherwise specified.
• If you purchase a private room and add a guest, you are responsible for sharing that space with the designated individual.

5. Medical and Dietary Needs
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions provided at registration.
• Attendees are responsible for managing any allergies, medical needs, or accessibility requirements.

6. Travel Delays or Emergencies
Led to Lead Consulting is not responsible for delays, missed flights, or changes in travel plans.
In the event of a personal or family emergency, please contact us to discuss your options.

7. Behavioral Conduct
This retreat is a safe, supportive, and professional environment.
• We reserve the right to remove any attendee who exhibits disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

8. Liability Waiver
By attending, you agree to release Led to Lead Consulting, Gatherique Events, and all affiliated partners from liability related to accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of property that may occur during the retreat.

9. Photography & Media Consent
By registering, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event.
• These materials may be used for promotional, social, and educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
